Chateau Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, Washington’s largest wine producer, will be opening its new Prosser winery dedicated to its growing 14 hands brand by this fall.
Wineries are taking hold of the ‘total value’ Windswept represents, none more than the newChateau Ste. Michelle 14 Hands winery currently under construction in Prosser, WA. Architectural firm BCRA Design out of Tacoma,WA is utilizing Windswept for both interior and exterior applications.
It’s apropos to open a 14 Hands winery at the base of the Horse Heaven Hills because the name refers to the “14 hands” tall wild horses that used to live in the hills, said Erin Shane, communications manager for Ste. Michelle.
Windswept Weathered Wood will be featured in the upcoming AIA inform magazine for the Mid-Atlantic States. Windswept will also have a booth at the upcoming AIA Show held in Richmond, VA in early November.
