Harvest Timber Specialty Products & Windswept Weathered Woods, alongside Geobarns Innovative Buildings from Vermont- are thrilled to begin a BLOG series on the ‘Arrowhead Hill’ wedding barn / corporate retreat located in Montgomery, TX.
We are indeed blessed to work alongside Geobarns with Owner & Founder George Abetti and his magnificent team. This relationship between Geobarns and Harvest-Timber/Windswept Woods has been in the works for some time now and has finally blossomed into what we hope to be a collective venture for years to come.
“All the pieces are finally in place”, says Glen Ehrhardt; Founder & CEO of Harvest Timber Specialty Products. “We have been establishing the ground work for much future business to come”, says Ehrhardt.
This is our initial BLOG kickoff, we will continue to post as updates permit combined with stunning visuals.
Words from Owner/Founder George Abetti of GEOBARNS:
“We have begun construction of the spectacular chapel with its impressive scissor trusses (a first for us) and high vertical space stabilized with a huge porch creating a lovely cloister surrounded by both buildings–where many couples will choose to get married or have their receptions–and watch the sun set–or even a spectacular thunderstorm now and then (the lit up sky is from lightning–NOT the sun).
The crew is incredible–the upper beam was up in just eight days–and we anticipate setting the trusses later this week. Our indefatigable clients are busy choosing colors (brick border and paint) and are ecstatic with the Windswept siding from reclaimed forest fire trees across the western US–an amazing find that creates a stunning aesthetic for Arrowhead Hill
