Top 2 Coats feature an oil-based UV cured finish. Currently,
there is no one else in the industry that offers a hand scraped
floor with this type of finish.

The 3rd coat contains a Porcelain Powder. This
offers the same durability as Aluminum Oxide, but with more clarity.

Refinishing/Recoating:
- Refinishing:
With a hand scraped floor, there is no way to sand it down to
the wood without taking away the textures.
- Recoating:
Our finish is compatible with any water-based finish in the market.
A professional would only need to hand screen the surface (I can
personally screen 800 Sq/Ft per hour by hand) and can easily coat
the floor with standard application methods. However this
should not be necessary for a long, long time unless there is
extensive damage or wear & tear.
