Seven layers thick, the finish is abrasion resistant, resilient, and simple to care for. Prefinishing allows same-day installation without dust, fumes, or delays. Will I save money using prefinished flooring?
• Yes. And you'll save a lot more than money. Because all the finishing is done in advance, you'll save sanding, filling, cleaning and finishing time and expense - not to mention saving the dust, noise, delay, and fumes.

How durable is the finish?
• Seven coats of UV-cured finish are precisely applied in a controlled environment to create a uniform satin finish that is strong and durable.
• Tough aluminum oxide coating resists abrasion, dulling and scratching. The coating remains flexible and resilient, and is impervious to common household stains.
• Because the finish is UV-cured, there are no volatile solvents, fumes or environmental hazards.
• The finish comes with a 15-year limited warranty.

Is this a natural product?
• Don't confuse Concord with engineered veneers or plastic laminates. This is real solid wood flooring, with all the natural colors and patterns of authentic knotty pine.

Is this the kind of knotty pine used for paneling?
• Concord is milled from loblolly pine which is harder, more durable, and more stable than common Southern yellow or western pine.

Will the wood color change with time?
• When exposed to the ultraviolet light of the sun, brighter clear yellow tones darken to greyed golden and bronze shades. All wood darkens with age and sunlight.

Can I use Concord over a concrete floor?
• Use the same subfloor installation and precautions that you would use for any wood plank flooring. Prevent moisture from migrating up into the floor.

• No plank flooring is recommended for use over radiant heating systems.

What's Exact-Dry?

What size is it?
• 6¾" net face ¾" planks in nested cartons.

What's the waste factor?
• Allow 10% overage for an average installation. For critical installations, allow 15% overage.

Any special installation issues?
• Proper acclimation is required for a successful installation. Before plank flooring is delivered to the job site, the • building must be fully enclosed with heating/cooling system in operation.
• Allow five to fourteen days for this flooring to acclimate properly-the flooring, subfloor and walls must have stable, equal moisture content.
